August, 2008

Trip with John & Marilyn Lange, Photos by Terri & Monica Linzmeier

Doors

MORELIA, Capital of Michoacan - looked a lot like Paris

Fireworks go off every Saturday night in front of the old Cathedral in Morelia - they were fabulous!

Patzcuaro - it rained EVERY DAY at 4:00pm, and there were thousands of wild dogs running around.
That's Edna, Monica, and Lourdes, our Maestras de Espanol.

Zoe

Tzintzuntzan, Place of the Hummingbirds - there was a park outside the main church with very old olive trees

The National Park in Uruapan - those are coffee beans

Paracho, the "guitar makers town" on Lake Patzcuaro.  Paracho was definately "old Mexico".

MISC Photos from our bus rides

Santa Clara del Cobre, town where they make copper items

There was a town parade featuring all the town's soccer teams
